Type: Title Re-establishment Survey, Feature and Level Survey and Subdivision

We worked closely with the developer, engineer, planner and the Council to convert this large site into over 140 residential lots in a growth corridor. We firstly complete the Feature & Level Survey and Title Re-establishment Survey so that the engineer can design the services and subdivision layout in conjunction with MLS and a town planner. Then the design goes to council for planning approval, and then the subdivision is the completed by MLS. This site was staged into 8 stages so that the development could be altered due to the changing demand of purchasers. This project has taken approximately 7 years to complete.
