Survey Type : Title Re-establishment Survey, Feature and Level Survey, Planning Permit to Subdivide and Subdivision

This site was a regular residential site which the client wanted to build 4 units onsite. Firstly we completed the Title Re-establishment Survey and Feature and Level Survey to allow the architect to design the new units and obtain the development permit. Once construction started we completed the Planning Permit to Subdivide and the Subdivision. This project took approximately 2 years to complete. These type of developments are very common with small developers and mum and dads who want to profit from smart developments. We complete approximately 50-70 of these type of developments a year.
