Survey Type: Feature and Level Survey, Title Re-establishment Survey, Planning and Multi Lot Land Subdivision

The subdivision is approximately 200 lots and has been in construction for over 10 years.

Initially we were engaged to complete the Subdivision in 6 stages, but over time the scope has diverted as the demand for different size lots has changed.

We have now completed a Feature and Level Survey, Title Re-establishment Survey and Planning to reduce the lot sizes, incorporate a 24 unit site development and request a new planning permit for another stage to incorporate approximate 70 lots rather than the original 42 lots. With the final number of lots closing in on 240 lots this development is one of the first in the Mitchell Shire Council region of this size.
