Survey Type: Lease Plans, Feature and Level Survey and Title Re-establishment Survey

We have completed lease plans for many shops located within Market Square Shopping Centre, Geelong. Gross Lettable Areas completed to the Property Council of Australia’s standard. These were used to determine the leased area. Once these plans have been created they are then added to the Lease contract identifying the exact area and layout which is being rented. These surveys are completed prior to the shop being rented and prior to the fit out of the internal features which shops install.

A Title Re-establishment Survey was completed of the entire shopping complex to determine which overhanging features such a canopies were outside the title boundary. Also this was used along with the Feature and Level Survey to determine the location of the existing building so that an extension could be built along Malop Street.
